What it costs
Embroidered hats start at $35 each, plus a one-time $25 embroidery setup. One hat is about $60, and a dozen is about $445. Volume pricing applies automatically: 7% off 24+ · 10% off 48+ · 15% off 100+. The studio shows your exact estimate as you design.

Foam and mesh truckers (OTTO, Foremost, Richardson), the New Era 59FIFTY fitted, flat-brim snapbacks, rope caps, suede and corduroy caps, washed dad caps, camo 5-panels and knit beanies. Every style is in the blanks lineup.

- Is there a minimum order?
- No. You can order a single hat, and volume discounts start at 24 pieces.
- How long does it take?
- Production takes 7–14 business days after you approve your digital proof. Add a “needed by” date when you order and we will confirm the schedule.
- Can I pick up in Sacramento?
- Yes. Local pickup in Sacramento is always free. We email you when your order is ready.
- What artwork should I send?
- Vector files (AI, PDF, SVG, EPS) are best. A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background works too, and the studio flags files that are too small for the size you chose.
