- One setup per order. The $25 embroidery setup is charged once, not per hat, so the per-hat price drops as quantity goes up.
What a team order costs
A dozen embroidered hats is about $445. At 24 hats the 7% discount applies, at 48 it is 10%, and at 100+ it is 15%. Your exact total updates in the studio as you change quantity.
Plan around game day
Production takes 7–14 business days after you approve the proof. If you have a tournament or season start, put it in the “needed by” field and we will confirm the timeline before you pay.

- Can each player have a name or number?
- Yes. Add one line per piece in “Names & numbers” and we'll include the personalization on your proof.
- Can we mix hat sizes and styles?
- Yes. Fitteds come in individual sizes, and snapbacks and truckers adjust. Mixed sizes count toward the same volume discount.
- Do you do team hoodies and tees too?
- Yes. Hoodies, tees, polos and jackets can go on the same order.
